Credentials
Certified Work That Closes the File
ReForce Restoration delivers IICRC-certified restoration, in-house crews, and documentation built for adjusters, lenders, attorneys, and property professionals.
Why Our Credentials Matter
When claims, closings, and remediation files depend on defensible work, credentials and documentation are not optional. ReForce Restoration is structured to meet the standards insurance carriers, lenders, and professional partners expect.

IICRC
The Standard Carriers Require
Every ReForce Restoration technician holds current certification through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the globally recognized authority for water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire recovery cleaning standards. Our team carries active WRT and ASD credentials, and mold remediation work is performed to IICRC S520, the standard major insurance carriers and mortgage lenders reference when evaluating remediation documentation.
In-House Crews
No Subcontractors
ReForce operates with 100% in-house certified crews on every project. We do not dispatch subcontractors, franchise labor, or unverified third parties. That means one verifiable chain of documentation from initial moisture mapping through post-remediation clearance, with certified technicians accountable at every step.

Documentation
Built for Claims
Our documentation package is structured around how adjusters, lenders, and attorneys actually use it. Every job includes itemized photo documentation, calibrated moisture readings with timestamps, daily IICRC-standard drying logs, and final clearance reporting aligned with FHA, VA, and conventional loan expectations. Estimates are formatted for compatibility with Xactimate and major claims management platforms.
